The Four Purposes
The aim of the new curriculum that will be implemented across Wales is that all children will have the opportunity to develop as:
⭐️ Ambitious, capable learners, ready to learn throughout their lives.
⭐️ Enterprising, creative contributors, ready to play a full part in life and work.
⭐️ Ethical, informed citizens of Wales and the world.
⭐️ Healthy, confident individuals ready to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society.
The Children have the statements for each of the Four purposes in their books. These are used throughout lessons and the school day, to identify which strands are being focused on.
The children have been busy learning about the statements and what each of them mean to us at Cefn Cribwr Primary School.
They have worked hard to create their own logos to match each of the Four Purposes, which relate to our school and our children.
The Four Purpose Logo Designs
Once the designs were completed, pupils from the school council and members of our Governing Body worked together to choose the a logo design which represented each of the four purposes.
