Four Purposes Competition

To get the children thinking about and understanding the four purposes, the school council would like every class to participate in a logo competition!

We would like everyone to design a new logo for each of the four purposes starting with:

‘Ethical Informed Citizens.’

To help you with this, read through these descriptors:

-I show interest in what is being said. I always wait for my turn to speak.
-I think about what has been said and what to say in reply.
-I give opinions about what I have heard, always in a polite way.
-I adjust what I say and how I say it. I hardly ever cause upset to others.
-When we learn about how people are different, I am interested and ask good questions.
-From books and the internet, I can give examples of things that damage the local environment and the world.
-I have learnt about several different cultures and can describe things about them.

Using these descriptors, you need create a logo of what this looks like to you! The school council will then judge everyone’s logos and choose the best one to represent this purpose for our school.
