In 2024 we were delighted to have retained our platinum Eco-Schools status. It was highlighted the Eco-Schools process is working across our whole school and an integral part of our ethos. Our achievements have included;

 - Installing our own 'Food Growing Garden' in our school grounds - Providing us with fruit and herbs for our local community to grow, harvest and enjoy. Parent volunteers and Keep Wales Tidy helped us to install in 2024.

- Adding 5 bird boxes to our school grounds, handmade and donated by a parent.

- Providing mini-beast habitats and flowers for insects to thrive.

Being awarded Eco-Schools Platinum status is a fantastic achievement. The school, staff and pupils are all so proud of our hard work and commitment to the environment.
